SUPERTEEN WORKSHOP [5TH MAY TO 7TH MAY 2008]
start of superteen workshop in school from 8am - 9pm for three long days.. yup instructors super duper funny.. lots of jokes.. =) Peter Lau, Ken Koh and Dr Ernest Wong.. this course sure does get you mind a lil corrupted.. =D the skills they thought us was super cool lahh.. really useful too.. learn a lot..
self esteem is a feeling of being lovable and capable.. of course i wanna be like that!! ^^ a high self esteem person!! i'm not going to look down on myself again.. i'm gonna be a person with high self esteem!

i'm really inspired and motivated by the trainers.. hmmm second day we got scolded.. a lot people cried.. even me too.. but it make me feel better.. a lot more better.. i haven cried this hard for such a long time and i felt good.. i went home and still cried and sae sorry to mummy and grandma!! feeling so much better nothing to feel bad anymore.. i have a very relaxed mind.. i'm prepared to go for it!!
last day.. superteen ended on a good note.. manage to say sorry to daddy too.. ernest taught us how to and helped us.. he told us his story.. sad.. and i cried when i apologise.. i think this is the first time teachers and friend see me cry in school.. even he saw me cry.. yupp said thank you to teachers and even shook hands and say thanks to mr boo.. mr boo dun worry 4e1 will work hard for the wonderful 8'A's!!!
i guess daddy talked to mr boo too.. =) he say mr boo very good... very young! haha.. super true!!!
bought PETER'S BOOK called THE JOYS AND PAINS OF GROWING UP, ERNEST'S AUTOGENIC EXERCISE CD and A THINKING ORGANISER!! total is $50 haha.. expensive?? i think it's worth it..
PETER's book is super inspiring.. especially the one on BGR.. really good.. i guess getting into a relationship now is not the right time or thing for me.. so i'm gonna not think about him and just focus on my 8'A's.. i guess the person i will spend my life with forever will be the first and the last!! haha.. i think that's me being faithful! i admired PETER he haven got into a relationship yet and he's 23.. wow.. no wonder he is so successful.. he will be and example for me to learn from!! =) i wanna be success too.. i'm gonna do my best and be very motivated!! i wanna do it right the first time!! this course is excellent!! =D
