BTW I'VE DECIDED, TARGET FOR UNI: GRADUATE WITH BACHELOR OF SCIENCE WITH HONOURS IN CHEMISTRY..
first outing of the week was with randy and gerlyn.. at marina square's swensens on 27 july.. it was a celebration for me cuz i passed my driving test.. haha.. i treat them to lunch cuz im suppose to share my joy.. (: had pretty much lots of fun - joking & poking fun at each other.. took photos with polariod cam and gerlyn's new mac lappy.. haha.. i receive an advance birthday gift from randy cuz he said he couldn't come down on the actual day due to a camp.. anyways, i wasn't expecting a gift from him cuz we just added each other on fb like 3weeks back or smth ard there.. but still, its a lovely gift. THANK YOU SOOO MUCH! (: and that day gerlyn said i'm her xiao lao po/er nai.. OMG I DUN WANNA BE EITHER. I WANNA JUST BE A GOOD FRIEND.. 我不轻易认人做老公或老婆。sorry gerlyn but u'll always be one of my close friends! Y
second outing of the week was with princess and her mum: evelyn, weijie and his wife: ziwei, isabel, as well as abner and loy supposedly.. at marina square's waraku on 29 july.. this time its for dinner.. gerlyn made me wait for her at the mrt for 30 min cuz of the train error.. anyways she and her mum finally came then we walked to waraku.. isabel was the only one waiting there.. at least we made a reservation and managed to sit in before weijie and ziwei arrived.. they arrived with gifts for me too. also an advance b'day present.. there were blue roses... i'm so in loveeee with it! (: its the first time i've received flowers as a birthday present.. really really appreciate it.. i didn realised my dear princess planned the dinner to kind of like celebrate my bday in advance. i've thought all along it was just a ndp mini clique gathering.. similarly there's a lot of jokes & poking fun at each other, especially when isabel got owned by princess, photo taking with gerlyn's lappy, my polariod and evelyn's camera.. haha.. our outing lasted till about 12plus am.. luckily weijie was able to give me a ride home otherwise i think my dad will kill me.. haha cuz he'll need to fetch me home.. weijie's car has a lot of cute stuff toys.. they must belong to ziwei.. haha.. :) on the way home, i managed to talk to them more.. cuz during the dinner i was the only one laughing all the way more then joining into the conversations.. result of the dinner: I COULDN'T FALL ASLEEP THAT NIGHT! IT WAS LIKE MY MIND WAS RUNNING A RACE AND I JUST COULDNT GET IT TO STOP AND SLEEP! :/ but it was a great great night and i've no regrets about it..
ndp training was pretty okiie except that the new shoes were giving me a little discomfort when i'm on the parade ground.. but kinda got used to it after a while.. the clothes for the actual day is really a joke.. the pants are of really really terrible quality.. while they assign me an XS top?!?! do i freaking look like an XS girl to u? OMG i felt terrible after receiving the shirt.. i felt like it was an insult.. i could feel my mood going down just that morning.. but i supposed everything kinda got better after the issue was settled.. the actual preview at night was good for me cuz i know mum and dad were watching the performance.. city march was interesting too.. pity gerlyn wasn marching with us.. but i feel its for her own good since she isn feeling too well that night.. she shld be happy about it too cuz she managed to watch the same fireworks with him under the same sky! haha =P the fireworks was amazing by the way.. its like meteor rain and watching it at close range is just perfect.. :) i bet i'll feel even better about it on the actual day itself..
went to marina sq again.. to have slight 'supper' with abner, isabel, princess, and aixia at starbucks. managed to have like a mini htht with princess while abner, aixia and isabel talked among themselves.. haven talked about certain things for a long time and ultimately i also shared with her about my target for uni.. NDP 2011's preview is over.. Actual day's coming.. There's a lil mixture of happiness and not wanting it to arrive so soon. Will I feel like how I felt in 2007 when NDP 2007 came to an end? Hmmmm...
