started off the day pretty well today. :) lucky hongye got to be my first friend passenger, i drove to pasir ris to have macs breakfast with her (my treat, haha!). i hope she didnt feel that my driving skills were bad or scary haha.. cuz i was quite worried about how she felt more than anything else.. haha.. i wonder who's gonna be my lucky passenger 2. =P decided to go to college day without a handbag cuz i couldnt find an appropriate one... (turns out, its a bad idea.. XP reason? i brought a packet of tissue with me but dropped it somewhere along the way. couldn't find it.. then nvm.. 2nd, brought along my lip gloss palette and brush cuz i like the colour alot. then same thing happened! i dropped the brush too.. dropped it once with hongye and the last time with the sevens.. and really gone for good too.. :/ careless me..) the award medal's really really pretty.. probably that's the diff between sec sch's speech day and jc's college day.. really glad to go back to mj and see familiar faces like 8s, council TAs, CG friends, and importantly SEVENs. sadly, some of the sevens didn turn up.. like linus, weiren, and jarvis.. was hoping to be able to meet them.. the scholars in SC are all back too! mel, prachi, cindy, tanmai, sagar! i'm so happy to see them!! :D:D so proud of mel too! :) rushed off for ndp training ard 4pm after meeting and catching up with ms ng.. so happy to see her again!
reach the holding area ard 430, got changed and took dinner, then got ready for NE show 3. my brother went to watch it today. :) im thankful there's marchers that are very willing to let me take their position in the parade.. thank you so much.. i was so worried that i will not be able to march tonight.. luckily no city march today.. haha. oh well, i dressed too formal today.. and it's so hard to go hm in heels.. heels and sneakers, i'll go with the latter.. at least my feet feels much 'comfy-ier'.. haha gotta have to train more in walking with heels, otherwise i'll have a lot more trouble in future. haha..
i thank gerlyn and abner for complimenting that i look nice and mature in the formal attire today.. haha really appreciate it.. :) [i'm convinced that confidence and actually would aid me in certain situations.. but i wont deny that until this moment, it's still something that i lack in most situations.. =/] the feeling of being at home after a long and tiring day is heaven! XD
suddenly i have this thought.. i wonder if there's really anyone really my blog? its pretty much out of curiosity.. hope that if my friends are reading it, they could drop a note in my chat box so that i'll know.. :)
